USDF L Dressage Judge

Shari Wolke is a USDF L Graduate With Distinction, USDF Bronze medalist, and FEI clinician, trainer and coach; and is available for judging schooling shows and teaching clinics throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Since 2011, she has traveled to judge many competitions in the region, including shows in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. In 2020, she is scheduled to judge shows in Michigan and Ohio.

Shari has been riding for 24 years, starting out in the hunter/jumper world, and studied dressage with such dressage icons as Maryal Barnett, Jan Ebeling, and Ruth Hill-Schorsch. Shari is also a certified riding Instructor through the American Riding Instructor’s Association (ARIA), with certifications in Dressage and Recreational Riding. Shari retired her Prix St.Georges Thoroughbred, Lord Kenmer (“Kenny”) and is riding an Oldenburg mare, Winnalee Z, that she began showing in 2018. Winnie just finished a successful 2020 season, earning 8th in the nation in her Second level freestyle, and will be showing at Third level in 2021.

My judging goal is to move forward with my credentials by earning my USEF ‘r’ judging license by 2019. To further this goal, I re-tested at HITS on the Hudson in Saugerties, New York, in September of 2014, earning my L Grad with Distinction. I am working towards earning the ‘r’ program score requirements of five scores of 65% or higher at Fourth level or above.
